RTT is an amalgamation of hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and psychotherapy. RTT aims to bring about rapid and lasting change by accessing the subconscious mind to address and reframe deep-seated beliefs and thought patterns.
Here are some common uses and applications of RTT:
I will help you reach a deeply relaxed state to enable you to focus on past events. We will work together to uncover the meaning and interpretation you created at the time and the beliefs you formed as a result. You can then move on to reframe the way you look at the past from your adult perspective today.
Once that has been achieved, we will focus on creating new, positive beliefs. This will be reinforced with a personalized audio for you to listen to for 21-30 days to establish beneficial change going forward.
RTTⓇ helps the client uncover the root cause of why they feel the way they do. Unlike other therapies which focus on the issue or challenge, RTTⓇ helps the client discover the origin of the beliefs and behaviors that have led to their issue. Using a unique set of tools and techniques, RTTⓇ supports the client in transforming their current issue and moving forward with a new set of more beneficial and positive beliefs.
RTT® embraces many of the positive aspects of hypnosis and hypnotherapy that are known to produce a transformative effect on clients. However, the RTT® method goes beyond traditional hypnotherapy by diagnosing what works best with clients to build a new, highly effective therapeutic approach.
RTT® is a therapeutic approach that uses powerful, evidence-based techniques to provide people with the tools they need to make positive change.
The roots of RTT® are drawn from within areas of traditional psychotherapy such as gestalt, solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapy, hypnotherapy and mindfulness.
Its personalized approach works with clients to help them reframe any negative beliefs, values, habits and emotions – many of which they have carried with them since childhood.
Each session has a duration of 90-120 minutes and includes a bespoke transformational recording to listen for 21 consecutive days and 3 follow- up check- ins on the 1st, 10th and 21st day.

I tried psychotherapy many times and it never brought visible effects. When I heard about RTT I was sceptical, but I decided to try, and it was my best decision. Rewrite your bad memories. Take a pen and a piece of paper and change the memory, imagine how it could be interupted differently and for the highest good of everyone involved. Alternatively, imagine all the good things that came out of this memory, lessons learnt and the experience gained.
Close your eyes and imagine yourself in 10 years as a result of everything you want to accomplish. See yourself clearly and engage in a dialogue. What would this future version of yourself advise you?
Imagine you are on a boat in the middle of an ocean. Feel the wind blowing and waves gently guiding your boat. Imagine that you are holding the map and the compas and that the ocean’s waves and the wind are supporting you in reaching your destination. Every time you’re off track they are guiding you back on the right track.
Imagine you have a crystal ball. Now imagine this crystal ball is the screen for all your dreams: what dreams do you see coming to fruition this year? In 3 years? In 10 years?
Close your eyes, envision a transformative journey where you shed limiting beliefs, embracing a vivid image of your empowered self, surrounded by positivity and success, anchoring this newfound confidence through regular visualization.
What makes your heart tick? Did you stop prioritising your passions, hobbies? Do you listen to your heart and soul when making a choice? Sit down quietly for 10 minutes and think about all the things that have ever inspired you since you were a kid. How can you weave into your daily routine some of those big or small passion of yours?
What would I try if I had no fear? What am I currently afraid of? Close your eyes and imagine a coach, a guide, a cheerleader. Imagine this person is encouraging you saying everything you need to hear to overcome the fear. What words do you hear them saying?
Today make a list of all the things you are proud of and you like about yourself. Write down at least 50 things and keep going. Keep on expanding the list for the next 3 days. Be kind to yourself.
Close your eyes and imagine a stairway leading from your head to your heart. As you breathe in and breathe out, imagine you go downstairs until you find yourself in the space of your heart. Think about a person, animal, place or activity you love and makes you feel elated. Stay with this feeling for several minutes. Now imagine this feeling fills you from inside and starts pouring out to the world around you. Stay with this feeling for several meeting. Gently open your eyes.
Do you hold back kind words to yourself or others? Today start saying more and more of which feels true and is kind, true and empowering. To yourself and others.
Write a list of 5 things you desire to express in this lifetime. Are you on track with all of them? What stops you? Write down what seems to be a perceived obstacle and then think about the consecuences of not doing that at all.
Ask yourself if there is anything in your life you do just because you think you should and not because you truly want to. See how often today in you can replace saying “I should” with “I want to” or “I choose..”. Observe how you feel when you use “want” and “choose” vs “should”.
Imagine a magic mirror in front of you, imagine it reflects back all the best qualities you already have and want to express, see yourself acting in accordance with those qualities.
Examine your adverse experiences closely: What lessons were gained? How did these experiences contribute to your personal growth? Reflect on the qualities you acquired as a result of navigating through challenging circumstances.
Do something new, something outside of your comfort zone. Identity is malleable and we are constantly shaping who we are by challenging our boundaries and fixed ideas and beliefs about ourselves.
Reflect upon your sources of inspiration, considering qualities, behaviors, and achievements. Cultivate an awareness of the emotions associated with these qualities and envision embodying them.
Contemplate the prospect of already being the person you aspire to become—ponder the adjustments in your walk, talk, lifestyle, and responses.
Dedicate 10 minutes to immerse yourself in the experience of embodying these transformative qualities.
Think about all the things that you both appreciate and that trigger you in others. Reflect how you yourself may exhibit the same qualities.
For the next 21 days on a daily basis repeat I AM ENOUGH write it on the mirror, set up as a reminder in your phone, write it down on your sticky notes.
Find 10 minutes to close your eyes and observe your thoughts. Catch yourself as soon as you realise you’re thinking a negative thought and switch it to something you appreciate instead.
Imagine your Future Self: start engaging with your future self by asking how it feels to be where your future self is. Ask for guidance or encouragement.
First thing in the morning, imagine the most important outcomes you want to achieve during the day. See yourself reacting, engaging, thinking and behaving in a new way, in a way that will guide you to your dreams and desires.
Count your blessings. Focus your attention on what you are grateful for. Create a list of 10 things, as small as they may seem and 10 other things that you are grateful for in advance.
Think about all the lessons you have learnt from others that have shaped you. What is that you mostly heard from your family, friends, culture? Write down or think how those convinctions, belief systems and philophies shaped your life till now.
Do you find them all useful? Or is it time to separate that which helps you from that which stops you?
Close your eyes and imagine you have realised your full potential: observe how you are acting, what surrounds you and how you are feeling.
Engage all the senses. Open your eyes? Write down how your life would look like if you expressed your full potential. Also, write down what you think stops you from actualizing this potential.
Start journaling. For the next 2-3 days find a moment to write down how you feel to find the patterns in your most frequent emotions and feelings. This will increase your level of awareness. As a next step, start writing how you would like to feel instead in these situations that trigger you and what you want to feel more of.
Today make a commitment to align what you think, say and do. At the end of the day, write down your observations. What did you discover?
Spend at least 10-15 minutes with eyes closed paying attention to how you talk to yourself. Are you harsh to yourself? Are you judging yourself? Identify the inner critic and write down 5-10 empowering statements to use instead. Be kind to yourself from now on.
Observe what limiting beliefs you express by saying “I can’t afford”, “I won’t be able to do it”, “If only I was…”, etc Now create a list of new empowering words and start interjecting them every day replacing the old self limiting statements.
Imagine a magic mirror in front of you, see in it everything that you wish to manifest in your reality. Make it vivid, full of details, engage all your senses. Do it everyday for 21 days.

Catch yourself as soon as you realise you’re thinking a negative thought and switch it to something you appreciate instead.
On a piece of paper, articulate a goal you aspire to achieve, expressing it in the present tense with positive statements, as if it’s already a part of your life.
Close your eyes and vividly visualize a scene related to your desire, engaging all your senses.
Replay this scene repeatedly until you feel a deep sense of satisfaction.
